Hi Davey,A little tip for the future when fishing heavy tips only use a 3 or 4ft tippet and when using intermediate tips a six foot tippet is the best, using too long a tippet takes the fly longer to go down with the sink tip and that defies what you want to achieve, Depth.Regards Paul.
