We assume, that you — as a well-informed consumer – are reviewing the following information before booking. Additionally, we are aware that this information may differ from that of most travel companies; this is because the service we provide is just as unique and therefore requires a different level of responsibly from the consumer.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.*
Including late, extension, convenience and final payment Fees. NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON ARISES, WE SUGGEST YOU RESEARCH 3RD PARTY INSURANCE COMPANIES TO PROTECT YOUR TRAVEL PLANS. WE DO NOT OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE PROGRAMS THROUGH OUR COMPANY.
IF TRAVEL PLANS CHANGE DUE TO NATURAL DISASTER OR VENUE CHANGE IN THE LOCATION OF EVENT AND YOU ARE CURRENT ON YOUR PAYMENTS (NOT IN CANCELLATION) THEN WE WILL ISSUE TRAVEL VOUCHERS FOR PAYMENTS MINUS ALL REGISTRATION AND OTHER FEES.
*THERE ARE NO REFUNDS PROVIDED AS A RESULT OF ANY NATURAL DISASTER(S), IF YOUR PAYMENTS ARE NOT CURRENT OR YOU ARE FACING CANCELLATION.
Our voucher program is similar to voucher programs often found through major airlines. Our vouchers are valid for up to one year. They can be used toward another event (even if the event takes places in another year, ask for details if this is your issue). We offer our vouchers to those who qualify via email.
WHY IS MY PAYMENT NONREFUNDABLE?
We are providing you with a service. This means:
-We take packages out of inventory, in good faith, on a lay-a-way basis.
-We create accounts so that you can take advantage of the affordability aspect of a payment plan.
-We provide a convenience of having everyone in your party use their own credit/debits cards.
-We provide package details clearly and concisely, so that everyone will know what is required of them, without ambiguity.
Our vendor(s) — hotels, promoters, excursion companies, etc. — require upfront commitments that we have to adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the events. This is the only way our vendors will take us seriously, and will want to help us provide our services to you for years to come.
